Where we deliver
Europe: the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
North America: Canada and the contiguous United States, including Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses are not included.
Other destinations: Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and South Korea.
Availability depends on the complete delivery address and current carrier coverage. Please contact us before ordering for remote areas, islands, parcel lockers or PO boxes. If your destination is not available at checkout, email info@squishycubs.com so we can check the options before you order.
Free standard shipping
Standard delivery is free for this product to supported destinations. Any other available service and its cost will be shown at checkout before payment. Please check your address and country carefully.
Order preparation
Please allow an estimated 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. If preparation takes longer than expected, we will update you.

Add the preparation period to the transit estimate to estimate your total wait. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Customs, peak periods and local delivery conditions can affect timing. Please contact us before ordering if your Cub is needed for a particular date.
Dispatch & tracking
Our fulfillment partner dispatches these plush companions from China. We select a suitable tracked service for your destination, such as YunExpress, CJPacket or SF Express. The final delivery company depends on your location. You will receive tracking details by email after dispatch. Allow a few business days for the first carrier scans to appear. Multiple items may travel in separate parcels.
Taxes & import charges
Applicable taxes collected by us are shown in the store or at checkout. Depending on your destination and shipping service, customs may assess import charges or handling fees that are not collected at checkout. Where applicable, these charges are payable by the recipient. Contact us if you receive an unexpected request for payment so we can check it with our fulfillment partner.
Address changes, delays or missing parcels
Email us as soon as possible with your order number if you need to correct an address. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once preparation or dispatch has started. If tracking stops updating, your parcel is overdue or delivery is marked complete but you have not received it, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
