How big is a Highland Cow Hug Buddy?
Approximately 45 cm / 17.7 in tall, including the horns, and around 380 g / 13.4 oz unpacked. Measurements may vary slightly between plush toys.
What is my Cub made from?
A shaggy faux-mink plush outer with a soft, squishy 3D hollow PP cotton filling. Each order contains one Cub in your chosen colour.
Are Biscuit, Cocoa, Rosie and Snowy different sizes?
They share the same approximate size and shape. The difference is the colour: Biscuit is cream, Cocoa is brown, Rosie is blush pink and Snowy is white.
How do I fluff and clean my Cub?
Your Cub may arrive compressed. Gently reshape and fluff it, and allow time for it to settle. Spot-clean small marks gently, then air dry. Follow the care label provided with your Cub.

Where do you ship?
We ship to supported destinations available at checkout. We do not currently serve every address worldwide. See Shipping & delivery for countries, exclusions and timing.
How long does delivery take?
Allow an estimated 3–5 business days for preparation, plus the transit estimate for your country. After dispatch, allow 7–10 business days to the United States or 1–3 weeks to other supported destinations. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. It can take a few business days for the first carrier scans to appear.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible after preparation or dispatch has begun.
Returns & getting in touch
Can I return my Cub?
You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Conditions, costs and statutory rights are explained on our returns page. Contact us before sending anything back.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Email info@squishycubs.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us understand damage or an incorrect item so we can arrange an appropriate solution.
